# Privacy Policy — Bloom Platform

## 1. Introduction & Open Source Core
Bloom Platform ("Bloom", "we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to protecting your privacy. The Bloom Framework (`bloom_core`) and Bloom UI (`bloom_ui`) are 100% open-source software distributed under the MIT license. All code generation, widget rendering, and AST parsing occur strictly on your local machine.

## 2. Bloom Cloud & OTA Patch Telemetry
When using Bloom Cloud Over-The-Air (OTA) deployment services (`bloom deploy --ota`), we process release and patch metadata (version, target platform, patch hash) and client health telemetry (anonymized download success/failure) solely to deliver updates and trigger automated rollback safety.

## 3. Anonymous CLI & Web Telemetry
The Bloom CLI collects minimal, anonymized usage telemetry (command names run, OS architecture, Dart SDK version) to prioritize feature development.
Opt-out anytime with: `bloom config set telemetry false`.

## 4. Cookies & Browser Local Storage
Our documentation website uses browser storage solely for functional preferences: Dark/Light Mode theme state, documentation sidebar scroll position, and Theme Generator settings. We do not use tracking cookies or sell your data.
