# Terms and Conditions — Bloom Platform

## 1. Open Source MIT License
The Bloom Framework, CLI tools, runtime controllers, and UI primitives are open-source software distributed under the MIT License. You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of all applications, widgets, data schemas, and assets created with Bloom.

## 2. Bloom Cloud & OTA Services
When utilizing Bloom Cloud OTA patch hosting, you agree to comply with Apple App Store Review Guidelines (3.3.2) and Google Play Developer Program Policies. Malicious bytecode or unauthorized surveillance tools are strictly prohibited.

## 3. User Ownership & Zero Lock-In
Bloom UI primitives are copied directly into your project as standard Flutter Dart files (`lib/bloom_ui/`). You can eject from Bloom CLI tooling at any point while retaining full compilability.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
